• Design, build, and deliver production‑grade software across AI‑enabled delivery stacks, including backend services, APIs, and integration layers
• Develop banking‑grade solutions with strong focus on security, observability, resilience, and performance
• Define and implement technical reference architectures and reusable engineering patterns (e.g. service scaffolding, integration adapters, agent orchestration components)
• Provide hands‑on coding and technical leadership within delivery teams
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards including testing discipline, secure coding practices, error handling, and maintainability
