We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineering Technical Lead to help modernize and scale an enterprise data platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead from the front while staying deeply technical.
You will play a central role in transforming legacy data systems into a cloud-native Lakehouse environment that powers analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
What You Will Do

+ Modernize legacy data pipelines

+ Transform SSIS and SSRS workloads into scalable pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and Airflow

+ Define data architecture standards

+ Design and implement reusable patterns across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers
