Technical Lead

Location: London – Hybrid

What you’ll do:

• Technically lead squads and guide high performing engineering teams on build
• Architect, problem solve and design solutions end to end, not just ship features
• Drive improvement across the whole SDLC
• Work with clients directly (consultative delivery and advisory)
• Support and shape proposals during early stage bids

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive cloud deployment experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD, TDD
• Highly communicative and consulting astuteness to be client facing
• Security Clearance Eligibility (you may work on public sector projects!)
