Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Lead - Trading Technology Platform for a hybrid position located in New York, NY. This is a long-term contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop features on the trading real-time event streaming platform (Java-based)


• Take ownership of trading and compliance workstreams, reducing dependency on the Head of Trading Technology for day-to-day delivery


• Mentor and code-review junior and mid-level developers, elevating the overall team capability


• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define and refine trading workflows including order blotter, pre-trade compliance, and order lifecycle management
