An established food manufacturing company based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

•Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent

•Compliance management experience

•Sound knowledge of HACCP/FSSC and related technical standards

•5 - 10 years' experience within a food manufacturing environment
