Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all technical activities related to civil and architectural construction projects
• Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, building codes and quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to project managers, site engineers, quantity surveyors and planning teams
• Lead design coordination meetings and monitor design changes, RFIs and technical clarifications
• Review architectural and structural drawings to identify and resolve conflicts before construction
