RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Make sure Product Development Procedure is followed for construction and drawings.Chair and manage prototype technical reviews.Perform risk analysis for new products and identify Critical To Quality (CTQ) parameters for products and processes.Plan and follow up on sample orders to deliver right quality on time and report to client if delays.Ensure technical drawings and materials specifications are finished in due time for preparation for mass production.Develop and maintain QA procedures and work instructions for TD.Answer and evaluate technical questionnaires and requirements from customers.Manage and control construction changes (ECR)TESTING
