Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain SOPs for the storage, handling, preparation, and display of food and fresh food products. Work closely with the Area Operations Manager to review SOPs for Lotuss store and distribution centers to ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies, and procedures are incorporated.
• Monitor cold chain processes to ensure optimal temperature compliance and product quality.
• Lead and deliver training for store teams to enhance handling competency and reduce operational errors.
• Provide technical guidance on food handling practices such as stock rotation, shelf-life management, cold chain compliance, and cross-contamination control. Provide coaching and guidance to Lotuss stores and distribution centers to improve compliance and maintain standards.
