We are looking for a passionate candidate to join SGNIC team to combat scams in Singapore. One of the latest anti‑scam initiatives led by IMDA is to further tighten SIM card registration processes to minimise criminal exploitation. SGNIC is appointed to operate and maintain a centralised SIM card database. This Technical Manager role oversees the operations, maintenance and enhancement of the system, and is responsible for ensuring L1 support service level, security, stability, resilience and data integrity of the system; while working closely with and supporting stakeholders across business users, vendors and internal teams, to achieve organisational excellence and strategic outcomes of SGNIC.
