Position Title: Technical Manager / Subject Matter Expert – Field Validation, Assessment & Space Management
Reports To: Program Manager
Location: Primarily desk-side / remote from the Contractor's office or home office (CONUS including Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas); occasional on-site support at DoD installations. OCONUS travel is highly unusual and only as required by individual task orders.
Purpose / Customer Benefit: Delivers ground truth field data that populates and validates Real Property records, directly improving accuracy of reports to higher headquarters and enabling reliable sustainment funding and space utilization decisions.
