Job Summary
Aliaxis is seeking a Technical Office Manager in Spain to lead and develop the Technical Office team for the Building sector. The role focuses on delivering technical studies and design support on time and in compliance with applicable regulations, enabling the successful conversion of the project pipeline into wins for the Specification & Project Sales (SPS) Building team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and coach the in‑house Technical Office team, ensuring clear roles, development plans, and succession planning to guarantee service continuity.
- Manage and prioritize the technical project pipeline according to team capacity, business priorities and commercial impact.
- Drive continuous improvement of technical processes, systems, skills and ways of working, aligned with company strategy and industry requirements.
- Monitor workloads, performance and productivity, ensuring timely delivery under pressure.
