• Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
• Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and coordinate with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work.
• Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in the system; prepare and collate information for monthly reports.
• Perform backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and carry out basic diagnostics of issues.
• Respond to and troubleshoot issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware.
