Summary:

Lead end-to-end coordination of complex, cross-functional corporate transactions from deal execution through operationalization. Serve as a Program Manager across cross functional teams, driving timelines, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting from evaluation through post-close readiness.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain master deal timeline, project plan, RACI, and central tracker including core documents, key decisions, and change management across stakeholders
