The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that deploy and scale advanced manufacturing capabilities across global sites. The role encompasses New Product Introduction (NPI), product development project management, volume readiness, and operational execution. In addition, the TPM drives executive-level communication to ensure alignment and deliver successful outcomes.

: Manage end-to-end technical programs for manufacturing capability deployment, including NPI and product development initiatives. Volume Readiness
