About the Role

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with engineering and collaborate with client experience, operations, and leadership to manage technical projects from planning through completion. This person should be organized, clear, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is not a purely administrative project management role. The right person should understand enough about software, APIs, data, incident management, change management, and technical dependencies to ask good questions, spot blockers, and help teams stay aligned.
