The Role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who isn't afraid to open a PR. You will be the 'force multiplier' for our lead pipeline—acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and our Ruby on Rails codebase. • Dual-Track Execution: Spend roughly 60% of your time on project management (standups, documentation, ClickUp management) and 40% on hands-on Rails development and code reviews.
• Pipeline Orchestration: Own the roadmap for data ingestion. You'll ensure new data sources (extracted via Playwright/Nokogiri) are mapped correctly and oversee the 'plumbing' that turns raw data into high-value leads.
