CTG is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering application development, maintenance, and support initiatives for our client. This role is ideal for a strong Agile leader with experience managing technical projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead Agile project teams as both Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master.
+ Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
+ Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
+ Coordinate activities between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors.
