Position Overview

ITCON Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiting Team Lead / Supervisor to drive talent acquisition efforts in support of our federal contracts and strategic growth initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing full lifecycle recruiting while overseeing a team of recruiters and ensuring compliance with federal contractor regulations, including OFCCP requirements.

This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced government contracting environment and brings deep expertise in technical and cleared recruiting, compliance, and recruiting operations leadership.
