Technical Sales Support & Customer Training Engineer – Flow Control & Sealing (Dixon Valve). Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. Industry: Industrial accessories distributor (fluid transport hoses, fittings and flow control). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work Mode: On-site. Travel: National and USA travel required. Visa & Passport: Required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support
  • Provide technical product specifications, limitations and application recommendations
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities via phone, email and field visits
  • Assist customer service with technical inquiries
  • Support product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Recommend correct product selection based on application requirements
• Training & Development
  • Lead monthly on-site training workshops in Monterrey and Mexico City
