Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the full sales cycle, provide pre‑sales technical support, develop technical feasibility proposals, and take responsibility for the viability of technical solutions. Assist Account Managers in commercial negotiations.
• Conduct customer requirement analysis and research, and deliver comprehensive technical solutions and consulting proposals, including system architecture, technical design, and advisory planning.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and review regional and industry requirements. Based on market and demand analysis, prepare technical capabilities while developing industry‑specific solutions.
• Participate in all technical aspects of sales projects throughout the project lifecycle. Closely monitor customer needs and feedback, and promptly address reasonable technical requests.
