Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications in ready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc.
- Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability, etc.)
- Evaluate and approve raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures
- Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production
- Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites
- Provide technical support to production and project teams
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions
Preferred Skills - Experience in R&D or product development
- Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag)
