Responsibilities

• Provide support on SD-WAN product debugging and troubleshooting.
• Complete SD-WAN project delivery, handle urgent business requests and issues from customers.
• To lead a strong team for customer services in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements

• Solid experience in network device debugging project with indepth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and routing switch.
• Good command of both spoken Chinese and English.
• Occasional business trip to Southeast Asian countries such as China, Japan, Korea, etc.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management and team leading.
