Position Overview

Cape Town, ZA. MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company in the USA, offering Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, and XaaS solutions. We operate contact centers with on‑site and remote agents. We seek a Technical Service Operations Lead to act as the operational front door for technology support across the organization. This role will oversee incidents, service requests, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Working Pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility based on operational requirements
  • Rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
  • Occasional travel and on‑site support may be required

Technical Capability Requirements

  • Active Directory user and security group administration
