We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Skills Coordinator to support global delivery of technical skill enablement initiatives. The role focuses on scoping, mapping, and managing certification queries, inbox operations, reporting, and vendor coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of strategic technical training initiatives.
Inbox & Query Management: Act as first point of contact for technical training, skills, and certification queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalating complex issues as needed.
