Position Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on and technically strong Technical Specialist, Malaysia to support troubleshooting, system integration, product evaluation, and customer engagement for entrance and access control solutions. This role combines on‑site technical support, system commissioning, training, proof‑of‑concept (POC) deployment, and product warranty assessment.
What You Will Do
Technical Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnosing And Resolving Issues Related To
- Access control systems (controllers, readers, software)
- Speed gates, turnstiles, and barriers
- Automatic sliding door systems (sensors, motors, controllers)
- Troubleshoot issues involving software, databases, and system connectivity
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers and partners
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
