Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Service Line Leader (RSLL) within Real Property Management Services (RPMS), the Technical Specialist delivers expert advice and services related to Facilities Maintenance (FM), Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), and Service Contracts (SC). The role provides technical support to client partners, reviews and authorizes change requests beyond delegated signing authority (DSA), coaches coordinators, and manages client partner relationships.
