Technical Support Engineer

• Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.

• Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of equipment
• Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
