🥝 Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

We’re expanding our team following an internal promotion! iStorage is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support queries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot issues related to encrypted HDDs, SSDs and flash drives
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets using internal systems
  • Diagnose and test customer returns (RMAs)
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage and resolve product faults
  • Provide basic internal IT support to the team when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems is a plus
  • Proactive, organised, and willing to learn
