We’re expanding our team following an internal promotion! iStorage is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding support.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical support queries via phone, live chat, and email
- Troubleshoot issues related to encrypted HDDs, SSDs and flash drives
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using internal systems
- Diagnose and test customer returns (RMAs)
- Liaise with suppliers to manage and resolve product faults
- Provide basic internal IT support to the team when needed
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems is a plus
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn
