NERVE Solutions is looking for a Fresher Support Engineer to join our growing fintech team in Mumbai.
Experience: 0-1 years
Location: Mumbai (Looking for local candidates only)
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the RMS platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Collaborate with Engineering & QA teams
- Track and document support tickets
- Assist users with training and guidance
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
- Experience in software/product support
- Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Selenium, etc.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
