About the role

This role is crucial for KONE’s global spares supply unit, focusing on centralizing repair material spend. It is located in KONE’s Hyvinkää office and you are expected to work from the office at least three days a week. You will provide material identification and process support to local teams in different countries and report to the Technical Field Support Manager.

Work tasks

• Support frontline operations by managing and identifying materials within a centralized supply chain.
• Clarify complex orders, establish new procurement processes, and ensure efficient material flow for global repair and service operations.
• Identify materials using tools such as Product Information Portal (PIP), PDM, and open web sources.
• Support purchase order management for high priority cases.
• Assist the purchasing team in finding suppliers for requested materials when necessary.
