Job Description

This isn't a single-language seat. We're hiring a rare bilingual profile — fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, with the technical curiosity to troubleshoot real problems and the active listening to understand what customers actually mean (not just what they say). You'll switch between languages call-by-call, diagnose technical issues across digital products and services, and guide customers from frustration to resolution. If you're the friend everyone calls when their phone, app, or device breaks — and you can do it in both Mandarin and Cantonese — this role is built for you.
