This role is onsite with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. It involves supporting Security products and serving as an escalation point for TAC groups.
Provide Tier 3 support for VARs, distributors, service providers, enterprise customers, and end users via telephone, e‑mail, and web; troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues; document and reproduce customer network problems; assist in testing, deployment, and operational phases of networks; and provide on‑site support as needed.
