Job Description
Organize, prepare and/or conduct (complex) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for business unit or organization. Design, develop, deliver and evaluate courses, programs, systems and services to support organizational technical training system needs and ensure effectiveness and compliance. Serve as a technical expert in all phases of course design and delivery. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. This individual will be part of the Quality team supporting the implementation of the new Blood Management System at the Red Cross with a focus on quality deliverables and meeting timelines.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
