-Interviews technical and program management personnel to create proposal content that addresses management, implementation, and transition plans for major federal programs.
-Experience evaluating government Statement of Work (SOW) and creating effective winning proposal responses.
-Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
-Reviews published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
-Maintains records and files of work and revisions for easy retrieval
-Develops and/or selects photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate process and procedures and enhance written text.
-Familiar with Government Printing Office GPO and appropriate Style Manuals, AP, etc.
