TCS is mandated by the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS), via the 2018 Fall Economic Statement Digital Modernization mandate, to develop and deliver modern, technology-enabled information services and resources, including a refreshed web presence and new digital tools, for both Trade Commissioners and the Canadian business community.

The Project has a requirement to onboard the resources required and provide the tools that are urgently needed for digital marketing operations as, up until now, TCS has struggled to build our own communications and response strategy to the ever-critical trade community’s digital needs, and risks falling behind our global trade competitors.
