About this Position

We are looking for a Technician to join our Civil Engineering Department in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage and oversee civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery that meets quality, budgetary, and time expectations. This hybrid role combines technical site supervision with project management, including stakeholder coordination, reporting, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Planning: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when required. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align on goals and deliverables. Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
