Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Perform hardware and software repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service, explain technical issues clearly, and build rapport with customers.
• Strong knowledge of electronics principles and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent hands-on skills and the ability to work with precision.
• Ability to diagnose and repair both hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., A+ Certification) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or in a related field.
