Job Summary

As a member of the Drexel University Libraries (DUL) Online Resources & Acquisitions (ORA) team, the technician provides essential operational support for program staff. The technician serves as the primary point of contact for resource vendors and is an essential part of DUL's online acquisitions workflow. Reporting to the Online Resources & Acquisitions Librarian and contributing to a highly matrixed team, the technician supports and executes workflows that include intent to renew decisions, license renewal, changes in collection or package contents (i.e. availability and holdings), changes in vendor processes and access, and usage data gathering.
