To ensure that all machines electrical & mechanical installations in the assigned dept. are in efficient working order with minimum down time.

Functional Responsibilities

• Having knowledge doing general predictive and preventive maintenance of all Injection & Blow Moulding thermoforming machines & accessories machines allocated & giving report to superiors.
• Attend to break downs and resolve issues related to Electricals mechanical hydraulics pneumatic areas ensuring minimal loss of production time. Basic knowledge of utilities like air compressors & ACs & chillers required checking & correcting.
• To make alternative arrangements in consultation with the superiors in case of major breakdown of motors pumps electric parts breakdown and other heavy machinery parts.
• To ensure generation and maintenance of records job cards etc. for repair works undertaken on various equipment and other machineries.
