An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Technician (Plumbing) to join the busy and vibrant London Estates Maintenance Department at West London NHS Trust.

The post holder will provide multi‑skilled trades to operate, maintain and service plant or equipment within the scope of the role at all London sites as required.

Provide technical support, advice and instruction to other maintenance staff and contractors.

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non‑routine. Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services, and building related works, as directed at all London sites. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Trust standards, policies and procedures.
