Key Responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance
Carry out routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of plant and machinery.
Assist in breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, loaders, etc.
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures and OEM guidelines while operating and maintaining equipment.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and site safety norms.
Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or near-miss incidents immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and checklists.
