Job Summary

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical and electrical building facilities. Supervise contractors, respond to residents' maintenance requests, and support estate upkeep to ensure safe and functional property management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical building systems including air conditioning, electrical wiring, and plumbing to ensure operational safety and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and servicing works performed by contractors and sub-contractors such as landscaping, pest control, and cleaning to maintain property standards
• Respond promptly to residents' feedback by performing handyman and breakdown maintenance on electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting, and building repair issues to maintain resident satisfaction
