Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of digital door lock across houses in Singapore
Responsibilities
Configure, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain digital door lock hardware, software
Attend onsite service calls, maintenance works, and project installations at customer locations
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system health checks to sustain optimal functionality
Diagnose technical faults and provide timely rectification to minimize operational downtime
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and project documentation accurately
Provide standby technical support and respond promptly to urgent breakdowns when required
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
