This role contributes to the reliability and effectiveness of Ciena Canada ULC’s lab environments by enabling consistent access to well‑maintained, accurately tracked, and operational lab resources. The position plays a key role in supporting internal engineering teams through disciplined lab operations, technical problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
