Role: Technology Lead – Analog Layout

Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Analog Layout Engineer to join our semiconductor design team. In this role, you will work closely with RF and Analog designers to develop transistor-level layouts for critical analog and RF blocks, including Bandgap/Bias/LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, LNA, Mixer, Power Amplifiers, and Baseband Filters.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of custom RF/Analog layout experience
• Strong expertise in advanced FinFET nodes (N5/N3/N2 preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout XL and Calibre DRC/LVS/ERC
