Job Description
Business & Technology Strategy Alignment – 25% - Serve as the trusted technology advisor to Travel Retail senior business leadership (GM, Commercial, Marketing, Retail Ops, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Translate business strategy, growth plans, and consumer priorities into a clear, outcome driven technology strategy and multiyear roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with Global / Regional enterprise platforms, avoiding duplication and fragmentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities where technology can unlock revenue growth, enhance consumer experience, and improve operational agility.
- Balance speed, scalability, security, and cost in all technology recommendations.
