Work Mode: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects across Member and Broker platforms
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, .NET Development, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform teams for seamless delivery
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time execution
- Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans
- Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV $500K–$1Mn in deliverables or outcome-based models
- Deliver agreed scope within timelines and cost, ensuring project success criteria and customer satisfaction are met
