Job Description

Summary

  • To provide technical assistance by answering questions and resolving problems on the organization’s computer hardware, systems software, applications software, Network, Printer and all other computer related problems.
  • To generate the reports and integrate sources through automation for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities.

General Responsibilities

  • DeskSide Support

    • Installs, configures and upgrades new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network system
    • Attending customer inquiries, diagnosing problems and providing solutions remotely and/or onsite
    • Escalate requests, especially pertaining to network connections, to the appropriate party, as needed. Includes coordinating user access for staff to the US team
