Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the given database/leads.
Explain SSC coaching programs, course benefits, fee structures, and admission procedures.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and admissions in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and address queries promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduation
Freshers preferred.
