Job Title: Telecalling/ Back Office Executive 

Location: Bardhman 
Experience: 0-1 (Freshers with strong Excel can apply)

Fixed salary upto 12k-15k

Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Coordination
• Make outbound calls and coordinate with candidates
• Follow up with candidates and provide necessary information
?Back Office Operations
• Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel
• Handle portal-related tasks and documentation
• Maintain internal trackers and records
• Support daily operational activities

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

  • Good typing speed & attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of HR documentation/onboarding process

  • Ability to manage large data efficiently
